- On-chain withdrawal: Transfer crypto via a blockchain network to an external wallet or exchange.
- Internal transfer: Instantly send crypto to other OKX users without fees.

- Navigate to Assets and select Withdraw.
On-chain Withdrawal
Step 1: Select Crypto and Withdrawal Method
Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw and select the on-chain withdrawal method.

Step 2: Enter Withdrawal Details
Fill in the following information:
- Address: Enter the destination wallet address.
Note: Enable whitelist protection for added security. - Network: Select the correct blockchain network from available options.
Note: Ensure the chosen network matches the deposit network used by other exchanges/wallets to avoid losses. - Amount: Input the withdrawal amount.
Note: The amount must exceed the minimum limit but stay within your verification level’s limit. - Network Fee: Fees vary by blockchain and are non-adjustable.
Step 3: Complete 2FA Verification
Confirm the withdrawal via two-factor authentication (2FA).
Note: Some cryptocurrencies (e.g., XRP) require a tag/memo for successful withdrawals. Always double-check the address and tag.
Step 4: Submission
A notification will appear once the request is submitted. Processing times depend on network congestion.
Internal Transfer
Step 1: Select Crypto and Internal Method
Choose the cryptocurrency and select the internal (free) withdrawal option.
Step 2: Enter Transfer Details
Provide:
- Recipient: Input the receiver’s verified OKX details (phone/email/subaccount/UID).
- Amount: Must meet minimum requirements and comply with your account limits.
Step 3: Confirm via 2FA
Verify the transaction to complete the transfer.
Note: Requests can be canceled within 1 minute at no cost.
