You can open your OKX Wallet and select Menu > Password > Reset Wallet. Note that resetting your wallet restores your OKX Wallet to its initial state and deletes all seed phrases, private keys, and wallet details. After resetting, you must re-enter your seed phrase or private key to access your wallet.

4. Why Can’t I Find My Account After Importing the Seed Phrase?
If you import your seed phrase into OKX Wallet but the imported wallet isn’t the account you need, it could be due to:
- Multiple Seed Phrases: You might have used the wrong seed phrase. Re-import using the correct one.
- Derived Account: The account you’re looking for is a derived account. Try adding a new account under the imported wallet.
- External Wallet: Your seed phrase wasn’t generated in OKX Wallet. Use the original wallet app to re-import it.
